Here's what helped me quit alcohol: (1) Gabapentin (2) Wellbutrin (3) Vraylar (4) kratom (5) nicotine (6) greenish stuff that smells funny. It has "juan" in the name, which makes it even more perfect.

Every time I feel like I drink a lot, I see people talking like they are here which puts what I drink to almost zero. I'm only drinking a 6pk of 9.5-10% beer a day, sometimes with a couple tallboys. But a full bottle of liquor daily or more? Jesus.
