That's called compelling storytelling. You got got. God's are ranked above man. Zeus is supposed to make men to be beneath him to serve him as underlings. He is representing a king/ruler. Hera is his queen/wife/sister as they were children of Chronus and Rhea.
Sometimes you can't control your wife as she can go crazy. But at the end of the day he was still the main leader. Don't forget Athena was also a goddess of handicrafts and later she was syncretized with the Roman goddess Minerva. Which was a combination of law, wisdom and arts etc.
By a great majority most important roles were held by male counterparts.
My opinions> Male gods>female gods>mortal heros imbued with magical powers>kings>nobles>peasant males >women and children> slaves>animals>your opinion
Gods are not necessarily "ranked above man" in the Greek tradition, although that is a pretty dumb way of putting it.
The gods were "ranked" below the titans but eventually overthrew them and took their place. Zeus feared man capable of overthrowing the gods in much the same way, which is why he attempted to keep them ignorant, harmless and subservient. Thanks to Prometheus, man did NOT remain ignorant, harmless and subservient. This means that Zeus' fears may become realized, that man may overthrow the gods.
Greek mythology is not a video game, your tier list makes you sound stupid. First of all, it's missing most of the divine beings and proves you just googled all the things you just said about the Greek gods. It's also obviously inapplicable, the entire point of Greek mythology is that the balance of power changes, repeatedly. From Chaos to the other primordials to titans, to gods, to man.
Uranus feared his children, the cyclopes and hecatoncheires, which led to his overthrow by the titans. Chronus feared the gods, which led to a union with the Cyclopes and the overthrow of the titans. Zeus fears his creation, man, which leads to the rebellion of Prometheus and the rise of man.
