I'd treat them with patience, respect, and kindness--probably more than I gave myself at that age. I wouldn't tell them everything or rob them of lessons they need to learn, but I'd guide them away from the biggest mistakes. I'd give them confidence when they doubt themselves. I'd try to be the kinda boss who sees their potential before they do.
