here's the thing... mods on items like that dont apply towards the actual bonus synergy but are still best in slot regardless. you would ideally want 2/3hur/3nado/3cyclone armor as all are used simultaneously.
twister seems nice but has no actual use case here
iknow cause i bought a similar helm on ladder and i was bummed to find out the bonuses dont apply to synergize the nado for more damage sadly
still though! very nice! estimate: 5k~ if 2soc only
