on a 4 stat pointer jewel i believe 9max is highest you can have
unless the jewel is 3stat pointer than u can have higher than 9 max
20ED / 9max / 60ar / 30PR would be considered perfect jewel.

isnt 15PR and 40AR max for level 9 tho? I believe 41-60ar is for lvl18 and 16-30res for lvl13-14
so
10/20ED - 9max - 37/40ar - 11/15PR
would be more accurate for lvl9
