Looking for budget quote on animated gif signature banner
It would be one of two ideas:
Zoolander fitted with diablo 2 items doing Magnum or one of his signature looks (yes, they're all different!) or a scene from the movie (zoolander 1 not 2).
or
a cartoonish or anime style version with a diablo 2 crossover blend to it.
Looking for a budget quote, please include the following:
- length of gif and size
- any variations and future modifiability(i.e. text that can be requested to update periodically)
- time it would take from concept, to proof, to final product
- special effects ability
