Terrorized zones level now caps out at level 94 instead of 96. => I like 96 max, it's enough grind for me

Players will now have 6 additional Character Slots available across all Online Modes for a total of 30. => Yes! Either 30 for 30 years of Diablo or 35 for 35 years of Blizzard
The 8096 kB character size limit has been removed to accommodate the larger stash => Yes!
Another 6 shared stash tabs has been added across all game modes except classic. => UI suggests 2 more, ideally 1 would be uniques collection tab and 1 would be all 1slot items, but stackable
Monster drops that otherwise be lost by monsters getting outside a walkable spot now drops them at the nearest location. => Yes, no-brainer for so many lost items in Arcane
Faster hit recovery has been reverted back to pre patch 2.4. => idk how this is good, do we have it better or worse now?
Curses and shrines has been split up into two different categories. One doesn't override the other anymore, neither does curse duration reduction count towards shrine durations => on the fence, while different, it will also mean more deaths..and what if they stack more than 1?
New shrine has been added: Resistent - For 96 seconds you are unable to get cursed by monsters. => no, that's too strong, you can complete CS seal pop in less than 45 sec
Guilds has been added to the game. A guild house in act 5 will be accessible by you with a whole new guild stash, this has 10 stash tabs that can be accessed by all members of the guild. => sure why not, hard to see it happen though
Loot filter has been added to the game. You will be able to enable and edit this in game option based on White, Magic, Rare, Unique and Set items. Normal, Exceptional and Elite. => I want high granularity filter, poe-style
New option for sound notification when runes drop. This can be enabled and edited to play at a specific rune level. => Yes!
PLAYERS VERSUS PLAYERS
New PVP mode has been added. Clicking the new duel hostile button now takes you into a custom mode with possibility to put up a counter for best of three, five and seven. Up to 4 vs 4 players => A LOT can be done for pvp, dota-style or warchasers style, basically bring the modularity of WC3 custom maps to D2
In this new PVP mode Health Potions and Rejuvenation Potions is 0% effective. => but there are heal skills, rendering those classes suddenly op, so no
NEW LEAGUE
A new ladder has been added to the game named Solo Ladder. More on this later. => I support SSF
CLASS BALANCE CHANGES
Assassin
Martial Arts
Now only 2 types of charges will be able to be active at a time when Mosaic runeword is equipped. => Personally played exactly once Mosaic and maintaining 2 sets was already a chore
Charges refresh duration has been increased to 120 seconds from 15 seconds. => the timer should be increased to at least 30 sec
Dragon Talon will be limited at 2 kicks per hit when Mosaic runeword is equipped. => Yes, this makes perfect sense, but still with few mobs you will still ADHD the screen, would just reduce to one
UBER DIABLO CHANGES
The Diablo clone event is no longer a region based event. Instead it's only per game based.
New cube recipe added: 3 Standard of Heroes + 1 Stone of Jordan. => that would be cool
Uber Diablo is now significantly stronger
=> Either 1st 2 together or nothing, stronger doesn't make sense when anni has just 1 skill vs torch 3
WARDEN 3.0 ANTI-CHEAT
We have now with help of AI have a better system to catch cheating. In conjunction with the new task force that manually review cases.
Now players will be permanently hardware banned if caught using automation software.
=> Would be cool, but we both know Blizz needs to sell copies and "those" farmers will buy.
BUG FIXES
Seal bosses in chaos sanctuary has been slightly rearranged so they no longer will spawn directly at the seals. => unclear, if they spawn randomly inside CS, then hard no, I'm not playing hide & seek
Fixed an issue where half the monster didn't spawn from the left seal. => haven't seen it happen? or not that often? but yes, would be welcome
Fixed in issue where mercenary auras didn't get activate before attacking. => Yes, they should be perma on
Stability fix for crashes in higher graphical settings. => In fixing this, they might break more things, already the current patch has lots of crashes now
Poison no longer get cancel by other source of damage. => Poison needs a real overhaul, from not being interrupted to reduced lengths and increased dmg and affixes with less duration and more
Min/Max with enhanced damage is no longer bugged on armory pieces. => idk what this is about, but sure

Act 4 - Add the other 3 quests, there were some incomplete that got cut before release
New areas
- Act 6 to show the chaos in world after Worldstone collapse
- or even 5 more acts in poe-style with destroyed acts revisited
- or new areas inbetween D2 and D3 (I forgot the maps and lore though) in at least 1 act
Ondal to lose 5% exp bonus (no more crybabies about use or not use a staff, everyone on same exp instead of dividing community)
Filter, a proper one
Local ignore list without limit (Blizzard staff cannot be ignored)
Something done about p8 solo vs online 1-man, a real pain to 8p a game in Online, besides buying it 8 times
New runewords for melee (keep skills, increase proc-based builds)
Mosaic nerfed
Balance all physical builds to be viable 8p without omega powerful gear or 3/20/20s inventory
e.g. bow ama + barb EVERYTHING
SKILL BALANCE
- Amazon
- Fury restored to glory dmg
- poison reduced duration, same dmg value (deal dmg faster)
- more previously not viable skills can beat hell faster: hydra, golems, etc.
- WW to strike like in classic
- Leap Attack frog viable for hell mf
- Grim Ward to slow mobs as well as amp dmg
- I can write 2 pages just on skills, no patience here
ITEM BALANCE
- Sunder
- reduced -res on player to half, effectiveness of -res increased to 50% instead of...25% I believe
- real bonus for magic, phys, fire, poison, which barely benefit from it
Poison balanced to compete with elemental builds, some immunities shifted perhaps to accomodate some good zones
SUMMONS should be permanent:
- Druid summons, Necro permanent skellies, Valkyrie across games
- Revives only permanent in game they are revived in
STASH TABS
- buy up to 21 - 1 row for a group, 5 groups, 1 row = 5 stash tabs
- Uniques collection tab: finally you can complete Holy Grail on 1 account and stick to NL
- Stackable items tab: runes, gems, keys, organs, etc.
CRAFTING
to finally have more powerful results, rather than 1 in 1000 20fcr amulet
- compete with rares at 80% efficiency across affixes, but give overall better results, while the added mod stays full (e.g. 60 life, 20 fcr etc.)
- reduced lvl requirements to realistic values
They could also just buy PD2 and import the good stuff in time, that mod did so much for the game..and many others.
