I do remember when there were actual candy stores on the corners of some suburban towns. You'd walk in and there were sugar-ladened candies from the ceiling to the floor. Those sweet establishments may have been the catalysts to trying out other thingies. You know...Thingies. :blush:
I think you're the only one that consistently adds new content to gc. Everyday I see the same threads just recycled over and over again on the front page. Maybe 1 or 2 new threads will pop up from others but you are the only one continuously making fresh content
TBH many people have stopped expressing their opinions due to fear of getting in trouble. This has caused GC to get more and more boring as the years go on.
I understand that. I'm sure that's what started people leaving. I'm saying that with what is left of gc, nobody really keeps fresh content going. This is why gc isn't getting more people. It's boring to look at the same threads everyday. We've been looking at KevlarKondoms carls jr thread for about a week. I mean it's a good thread but still. What else needs to be said about it?
He spent $70 on a meal through delivery for him and his wife. A burger for later. They didn't eat the tenders because one looked like a rat. The burgers were good though. I mean, there isn't really much that didn't get covered in that thread. I'd say the thread has been completed. But surely something between that time and now had to happen in his life that was worthy of being shared with gc. Why no new thread from him?
That was just one example. Really, how come everyone that's left of gc isn't consistently making new threads daily?
