Nice hit but needs a bit more res, the frw not a big issue & erep is always nice. You want atleast 80 combined res, really you want 90+ (30+/30+/30+) but 80 is acceptable.
These have value but not much, trade in game for an HR. If they were level 30 I'd offer on em.

80 is not acceptable, ur looking for 100+ to have value basically

I've sold a few +100's for nice value but I've also moved 80-90 combined res on jsp & in game.
For whales such as yourself who are looking for gg tri-res boots I agree you'd deff want 100+.
But for players who are in lower tax brackets they will settle for lower stats & cheaper price tag. I'm just saying they are still "sellable" even if suboptimal.
The last pair I sold on jsp were if I'm remembering correctly 30frw/10fhr/25-30fire/28cold/32light sold them for 4-500fg relatively quickly.

well its a very big diffrence between the boots you are stating and these... ur boots are solid, these boots are lacking too much..

appreciate this comment as im in a muchhh lower tax bracket currently
