Not at all. AI won't make extactly same picture just with +1 char. You can try to make one with AI and then cut it out and paste into a screenshot - but that is very problematic to do also.
Especially if we consider correct lighting.

The new class is warlock by the way if you are wondering. Blizzard and NetEase are trying to insert the warlock into the entire Diablo franchise - D2R D4 and D Immortal
