The biggest one in the world Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium holds just over 960 species and there are approximately 8.7 million known species. It took over 100 years to collect all those animals and house them. But we are expected to believe some 950 year old man and 3 of his sons did it all by themselves. What a load of bs.

One of my favourite examples of complete nonsense to point out is the story of Jonah and how he was swallowed by a "great fish'

The only fish that is capable of doing that is a whale shark or maybe a huge great white. If you broaden the definition to mammals then whales like sperm and blue whale and maybe an orca.

Here is a list of very big problems with this story.

Firstly anatomically speaking it would be impossible to be swallowed whole by a whale shark because the oesophagus which is only about 4-6 inches. It is designed for plankton, krill and small fish.
So if you consider sitting in the mouth being swallowed the only creatures that could technically swallow us whole are huge great white, sperm whale or an orca.

Secondly being swallowed whole is not like sitting in a nice comfortable room with no lights. There were only like a couple of cases where divers were swallowed accidentally by a whale and they were quickly spat out. They were nearly crushed by the sheer weight of the jaws.There is no oxygen in there you cannot breathe inside a fish.

Thirdly if by some incredibly freak accident you were swallowed whole and are now inside a stomach of a great fish you are squeezed throug a very tight tract suffocated almost immediately. Now this kid's story wants you to believe Jonah spent 3 days and nights inside the fish. So let's suspend our disbelief to entertain this ridiculous scenario for a moment. Lets say by some way jonah has been provided oxygen to breathe inside this fish. We need to account for powerful stomach acids that dissolve bone and flesh. According to google digestion process of whales is about 15-18 hours. Which means the contents of the stomach in this case Jonah will become whale excrement in under a day.

Fourthly Jonah would need water and food to survive not to mention go to the bathroom while being drenched in salt water being digested by stomach acids, getting crushed by powerful jaws.

But according to the bible it was barely an inconvenience for Jonah because he was perfectly fine.

If anyone requires sources for verification of fish measurements and proof that you cannot survive 3 days without oxygen ill happily provide the data and case studies.
