hc'er always bo barb, even more if you go for powerlvling (chaos, nilah, packs in p8 require it...)
i'd even prefer 2/40 or 3/40 magic : ias is too much dmg

and your build is dogshit both sc and hc

bo with current blizzard server is just the minimum, if you plan to get 99 in hc,
and my build is the most efficient and scaleable in pvm, 1 slot inv for hr's dropping. 6/40 & jmod 20/20 as top end.
