Hello my name is David.

Im 35 Years of age

Ive been gambling since i was about 18 and every year i would lose about 20k to 80k a year in total losses my guess is about 300k and under

is it too late for me to stop gambling? i have a good job and a loving family but im always poor and broke i want to change but i have a bad addiction .

I dont do drugs and i m a healthy individual at the most part. I Want to help my family i know their getting old and i want to spend more time with them.

Find healthy ways of obtaining dopamine
Do all you can to balance serotonin and norepinephrine
Recognize variables such as cortisol and blood pressure etc

It's never too late. Ask for help and stick with those who help you make better decisions

You say you have a good job, which is great.

Drop the gamble and you wont be broke.

Find some other hobby to fufill the new found time. Maybe one that requires little to no money.
