England is not in the EU, they kicked themselves out, but would anyone like to dissect this?

BBC: Donald Trump said it was "very dangerous" for the UK to do business with China, as Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer arrived in Shanghai on the third day of his visit to the country. The US president was reacting to agreements aimed at increasing business and investment between the UK and China, announced after Sir Keir met Chinese President Xi Jinping. Speaking at the premiere of a documentary about his wife Melania on Thursday, Trump went on to refer to Xi as a "friend" of his and said he knew the Chinese president "very well".

What Donald is suggesting is that...He is friends with China? and England wants to be friends with China, but that this is dangerous for England? because...what, England hates China, America is Englands enemy? what?

either way the writing is on the wall for Starmer.

The Chines are pragmatic as always and will hapily trade with the UK despite the European hostile stance towards China (UK is out of the EU but still part of Europe ofc)

Trump and Starmer aren't friends remember that Starmer's labour party sent "volunteers" to the US to help Harris win the elections

Keir Starmer, the "leader" of England, has no friends, has stabbed multiple politicians in the back and has failed upwards. It is no secret that he despises China. It is English exceptionalism at its finest - condemn China for its treatment of minorities, while aiding and abetting ethnic cleansing and genocide in Gaza. Fund Kamala Harris (this is a foreign country trying to rig an election in the US) and then pretend to be all pally pally with Trump. This stuff about China is another clear example of his moral bankruptcy, completely lacking in principals. Hey look at me, im the leader of the UK and I have decided today to pretend to be pally pally with the communists that i hate.

Either you have cordial relations with someone or you dont. But dont try to regime change in the US and then be pally pally when the other guy gets in. Similarly dont run around crying about China and then act pally pally when your country is going down the toilet or when the wind blows. All that this does is show the world you are unreliable, dangerous and completely lacking in basic morals. Europe must be looking at him with contempt.

The 2024 general election in the UK might go down in political history as one of the all-time disasters. And it's all the Tories' fault, because they fucked up SOOOO badly that even an empty suit like Starmer could win. He didn't even perform well, the vote share Labour got was one of the lowest in their history - yet it produced one of the largest parliamentary majorities in UK history because the Tories had betrayed their 2019 coalition in such irredeemable fashion that it completely broke the right. Under more normal circumstances, Starmer wins this election, yes, but by the skin of his teeth and with a dicey majority which leaves the door open for actual change during the following 5 years.

Instead, a status quo is locked in until 2029 with which pretty much the entire country is deeply unhappy.

I think there will be an internal heave before then and they will replace him as things get worse (and things will get worse). all that can save him now is a war. He has proven incapable of steering a ship he is moving under inertia.

But you won't name the perpetrators, and you will viciously attack those who do

These types of policies aren't the product of capitalism, they're the product of socialist encroachment on capitalism.
