Yeahhh, I honestly watch that video and I don't see any aggressive movement from Pretti.

Sure he is putting himself between the agent and another person, but I never see any indication of him reaching for his weapon, or any movement that would suggest an intent to strike out.

I mean, for a guy who gets shoved, pepper sprayed, and then dog piled on by 6 men in the course of about 15 seconds he remains about as passive as you possibly could until he gets shot in the back.

I concur.

The one thing I can't wrap my head around is why he thought it would be a good idea to bring a loaded gun. I'm all for protesting and the right to bear arms, but I cannot comprehend why he did this. Especially after renee good and the last thing his dad said to him was "be careful."
