Rare javelins with 40ias/fools/zeal charges (can be normal/exceptional/elite base, only -10wsm base) - Pay 5000 fgs
Rare balanced knife w 40ias/fools/zeal charges (can be normal/exceptional/elite base) - Pay 3000 fgs
Magic or rare kris with fools/zeal charges (can be normal/exceptional/elite base) - Pay 750 fgs if magic 2os
Magic or rare cutlass with fools/zeal charges - Pay 750 fgs if magic 2os

Accepting these javelin bases: javelin, war javelin, hyperion javelin, throwing spear, harpoon, winged harpoon

These can all be gambled so if you wanna test your luck, they aren't the hardest to roll compared to some other rares
