It is you by your own statement who is willfully ignorant. You refuse to read books, instead calling it "shoving books down our throats". If you actually cared to read you could educate yourself.

On the science front, science is completely in-line with religious scripture which both agree on a singular creation event. Self-consistent scientific models show that this creation event of our known universe was about 13.797 billion years ago, beginning with a singularity which no physical model exists to describe. Models however to my knowledge (I'm a chemist not a physicist) have successfully modelled the events or expansion of energy arbitrarily soon after the singularity. If that's not enough scientific evidence for you, it's a you problem.

In short, educate yourself.

Genesis 1:1 - Prime mover event

Poor guy. Like many agnostics, Im a former Christian. Raised in churches and went to sunday school. But you're right. It seems to be a me problem that im asking too many questions no one has the answer too, and that their answer to everything is five words in a book proven time and again to not have any significance in reality.

Fucking yikes.

A lack of evidence to god = "Theres just something wrong with everyone's hearts"

Ill be sure to ask my doctor next time I see him. I suggest you all do the same.

Doctor? Nobody said you had a medical concern with your heart....

Do you feel you are being loving and caring towards others?

I can guarantee you have hate in your heart for this subject based off your attitude.

Thats a rabbit hole I just cant wait to go down with you guys. And since one of you has said more than once they have personally seen and talked with god, tell them they owe me one answered prayer. That's all I have to say about the subject because you must have purposefully blinded yourselves. Maybe look outside once in a while.

That's fine, we don't have to have a discussion, but having hatred for me, a stranger who has never done you any wrong, based off my belief isn't healthy.

Hence why you have a heart problem.

It's crazy you are so against the idea of loving your neighbor.

Teaching kids about the ten commandments is a good thing!

Yes in church, absolutely.

Not on school.
