It is expensive to dispose of the body unless you are doing it on mass scale and don't care how it's done. I think the cheapest would be to push them off the cliff.
Otherwise you either cremate or dig a large hole and just bury them. Another alternatively you feed them to animals like tigers, hogs, sharks etc.

All which require someone to be paid which will cost us taxpayers money. The benefit of not having someone must be > than disposing of them.

To bury someone you need to buy cemetery plot, burial fee, casket etc that can cost $10k or more
Cremation is cheaper
If you want to feed someone to the fishes you need to hire a charter boat and someone to drive.

Everything costs money ending someone's life is free/$0.25 a bullet. Getting rid of a body responsibly can be thousands.
