so perfect omrus as 3blizz 15% cold damage or totally perfect with 3blizz as 15%cd/15fd/15Ld 20def 15%mana regen?

meaning it can be a Perfect omrus or it also can be a 15%cd/3+bliz 15%mana regen im really looking for a 15% regen does Not has to be exactly Perfect

totally perfect ormus is different price then just a perfect 3blizz/15%cd/15%regen/20def

3bliss/15%cd ormus = 150fg
3bliss/15%cd ormus 15regen or 20def = 250fg
3blizz/15%cd ormus 15regen/20def = 300 to 500fg depend on seller or buyer desperate
