Definitely agreed. It's not far-fetched when they also believe they are a woman. I've been saying here for years that there is but one solution - remedial hard labour. It's hard to harbour such delusions in the mind when you're actually working. This has a proven track record of success used successfully in France and Germany, and more recently in China and El Salvador.
