Luke warm so I know it's a proper rested medium-medium rare.
Fat glistening and starting to render tender moist niblets as you start to chew. Who needs butter on a steak when you can actually have good cuts of beef?

For sure. It's good to let the steak rest for a few minutes after taking it off the grill. I guess I should have asked how he likes his steak

Resting is a part of the cooking process. If you dont rest your meat you are doing it wrong.

I dont like steak.

What i was meaning was do you like your steak (i realize now you don't eat staek) rare, medium rare, medium, medium well or well done?
