i would like to do something to get a useful suffix without removing +2 melee skills.... any useful advice? thank u very much

You can use an Omen of Dextral Annulment that targets removing suffix's only with the next annulment orb, but there's not a guarantee that it doesn't remove the +skills. Thereafter, you can desecrate the gloves with at least a preserved (ancient is best) rib to put a suffix and use an Omen of Abyssal Echoes to have two chances to roll a better suffix.

Using a rib allows you to desecrate armour, the Omen of Dextral Necromancy is what targets a suffix when active in your inventory. Since you'll have 5/6 modifiers (3 prefix/2 suffix), I don't think having an omen to target a suffix will be necessary.
