People can be able to do something, but choose not to, because they're waiting for you to make an actual material claim. You haven't yet, so I choose not to assume. Do I need to make it even simpler for you?

So next time I have an assertion to make, I'm going to deliberately make blanket statements and generalizations, and expect you to refute the exact central point even though none was made. And if you choose not to assume, it'll be your fault for being "unable to read the subtext."

Name the law you believe is being broken and we can talk. Otherwise, you have no argument, no thoughts in your head, no point to being here.

I think it's about some memo referring to home raids without warrants would be a constitution violation if it's true. A memo or email I don't think is enough proof on its own to claim it has actually been done though. I also think they want someone to sue so they can rule that illegals don't have constitution protections.
