The mods are all perfect except 1. Unfortunately, this item has no actual use. As many have pointed out the only pally that wants the extra LR will always wear a HL. 3/10 cause this is a VERY rare roll, but the fact the item itself is as confused as the OP lowers it.

I found a use. This place is just a cess pool . Always is a big word.

Try posting it in the 'I found a use room" & maybe leave the trophy room for actual trophies.

No, it’s certainly not a trophy. The thread hasn’t been closed because it doesn’t break any rules, i.e posting runewords, not because it is in fact a trophy.
