you have to understand, the idea is, they are the law, so everything they do, can be explained away or wrapped up under an umbrella of "i was following orders".

so far the most "accurate" answer ive gotten is that ICE doesnt readily identify themselves. which is funny given that in many states groups of civilian pseudo militias are literally following them around town harassing them. so at the same time they need to ID themselves better, but also everyone in town is on a group chat tracking their every movement.

there are for sure some 4th amendment concerns, but a lot of them arent as serious as what people claim. they either derive from vague Noem statements, or out of context reports that make it seem like they're kidnapping US citizens by the thousands.
