He seems to have the right disposition for that team and city too.
Not that I'm super familiar with them but it seems to mesh from the outside looking in.
The Jags were hella disrespected this year too, they played good ball and didn't get flowers from any of the media this season.
I had them over the Bills and was excited to see TLaw in a position to make a drive at the end, sucks it ended in that bobbled catch and int.
Oh we love him (Coen), obviously I'm not in that city, very far from it up here in Washington State, but dude is great. He rallied this team and the team rallied behind him.
Yea the disrespect was pathetic, but Coen helped used it this season every week and players again rallied behind the disrespect.
We beat 5 playoff teams this season. Seahawks were the only other team to have 5 wins vs playoff teams as well. We both had the most of any team in the league.
Which is funny because the media and fans of other teams just kept saying "oh the Jags are frauds they haven't played, or beaten anyone" LOL. Which couldn't be further from the truth, just shows that people aren't actually paying attention.
We had a murderers row in the 1st half of the season. Texans, 49ers, Chiefs (week 5 on MNF before they completely fell off), Seahawks and then the Rams in a 5 game back to back stretch.
It's a shame our season ended like that, we had the chances in that game, but just didn't get it done. And their Defense made a hell of a play on that final INT. It definitely could have been called DPI, but I have no problem with the no call, gotta let them play in the Playoffs. And Bosa got a slight chip by the RB, and then still destroyed our LT and LG at the same time and was about to destroy Lawrence if he didn't get rid of the ball. Defense makes plays as well.
Wish we were still playing, but only 1 outta 32 will be the winner at the end of the day. Went from 4-13 to 13-4. Can't be mad at that. Great year.
