Yeah hammer/charger usually uses divine scepter with honor rw

usually a 3hammer 3conc with medi because you cant hard stat medi (would mean stating prayer which is not allowed because of rep life limit)

typically hammerdin only will use an honor war scepter (lower reqs)
but skill wise it goes the same

and yes a magic scepter will output more dmg if you get a 2pcomb 20fcr 3/3 but you still want medi so its basically like chasing a unicorn and then it has to get 2os tbh, honor really hard to beat.

smiter will want rare ctc amp war scepter with 30ias 2pcomb +fanat +medi

Edit: also forgot the shitty Foher/charger where you want a divine with 3foh 3convic +medi
