relationships are weird
depending on early experiences a person might not even to be able to bond. they hit burnout or something. or enough disappointment they break up b4 the other can. i never really bonded. early in my life i became distrustful also had the idea i could do better.
people that do make a relationship work. ?? they are different i cant think of a good descriptor right now
