The problem with people like you is you think you are right when you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. So you are saying that if I were to make a deal for a house purchase, we agree to the terms but then the seller makes a new deal with you for more money, that would be allowed because it benefits you?
I can find both case law from Canada and the US about binding verbal contracts to support my claims but if you'd like to continue this, let's do this through pm's. I have to be honest, proving you wrong means very little to me so this will probably be my last post to you.
