Usually its just me eating so ill just buy a half pound of 80/20 at the butchers counter and a single Kaiser roll from the bakery. Killer burger for like 5 bucks.

Also, making your own patties is nice. Can season as you patty and make a killer burger

That is proportionate. My one fourth pound meat on Kaiser roll is too small.

That's the beauty in going to a grocery store with a butcher counter. Get what you want.

And you are correct, 4oz of beef is not a burger, it's a slider.
