7x lvl 12 = 818.7%
This one would probably be most feasible: 6x lvl 15 for 712.9% (my guess, before testing)

But if it's level 15 it would be a reduction of 36.87% runs at lvl 98-99 (20350 -> 12845) and at 93-94 35.61% (1199 -> 7729) if we take average of 36% from 93-99 it would be from 37,642 runs to to 24,090.

My math could be off on this though.

No no. At level 12-15 they should be high enough level not to gain a full level from Diablo. Then they can be suicided down to 0 bars.

Got 7x Fillers in A4 Hell classic SCNL ready to test when they stop getting a full level from Diablo. I could use some one level 94+ to get the best data on this. Anyone know some one?
