mostly the value come from which base its in, Greater talon are best, also without +PS it wont sell for much if you can find a buyer
unless someone want a cheap one you might get about the runes value for it, thats my opinion.
unless its 8/8/8 or 15/15/15 it doesnt affect much the value, maybe 15 light but tbh, you can easily plow p8 with a cheap ass mosaic build and trash bases and no gcs so there's maybe a buyer out there.
