But for starters, i think hamm is out of line and already broke guideline rules #1 of the gfx sub thread by instantly going into original requester's thread (kreitz) and double posting him in a furry saying its "shit quality" (or is it his ripped img?) when he could have simply reached out to anyone involved or come to a mod's digression for starters:


I'll also remind hamm, since he should be familiar with gfx, that when you export an animated .gif of an image. the quality will go down no matter what

as you can see in my initial response that i had to abruptly adress out of nowhere this morning, i took these "border" assets that i already posted (https://i.imgur.com/ik41NDK.png https://imgur.com/H5onZho) directly from the Diablo 2 Resurrected game (screenshot) and simply either croped, rotated or copied/merged a new copy layer w/ original layer to make a longer border (and repeat). this is not that difficult. hamm does not own the rights to diablo 2 imagery. seems to me hamm is upset he couldnt charge 5k for something i did for original requester at a fraction of the price. if you ask me he doesn't really have any business in Kreitz & my agreed transaction that he was happy with. there has been no "ripping" and there have been no rules broken. if he's so upset w/ the quality of my product to kreitz, he can go ahead and make him a profile showcase for 500fg

so i checked user profile and saw collage of mine frame base.

you riped my frame base and pmed to user 500fg whatever.
Ofcourse screenshots are from game
but difference is you used my composed work from 2023.

ya sure, kid . id like to open a ripper accusation on Hamm on the behalf of the diablo 2 media/imagery team. he stole their border menu and mana pot demon images! Pretty sure your D2 font is "ripped" too

ok back & following up/further supplying your request of psd proof (i still dont fully understand the issue here other than it looking like a job he apparently made in the past, which was only linked to me from the thread and request itself to use as a "similar showcase for their d2 character", which was supplied & created by me). i will state for the 3rd & last time that these border images are the rights of diablo/blizzard posting again the original img board framework on psd that was used for said "banner/border" assets, as also seen isolated below https://i.imgur.com/ik41NDK.png

I'll take it as a compliment at this point that hamm insists I directly "ripped" something from him, but unless he apologizes for the baseless accusation and behavior i'd only like to hear from a mod personally regarding this matter, because now it is beggining to become a waste of my time. I only used a profile image that was supplied to me as a reference and I recreated my own version from said reference. I had no idea this came from "hamm" at the time of taking the request (it was an image linked as reference in someone elses' jsp profile). Hamm seems to believe i somehow had access or searched for his specific "collage border" template from apparently years ago that i didn't know existed until he posted it in this thread today and that I went back in time to supply it directly in someone's graphic request on d2jsp. Not only does he not own the rights to the Diabo2 "C" & "T" menue borders, i don't think its fair for him to claim ownership of a template's layout/position of imgs. I frankly dont see too much wrong with creating a replica of something seen at someones request. He should take it as flattery that Kreitz (the requester) liked the look of one of his jobs for someone to have as insipration for having one of his own. if i took his profile image directly & used it (lets say for someone wanting an assasin, used a same bacgrkound & slapped by Kreitz/my name on it), that would be a different story, but this is becoming silly now.

hoping this can resolve the case and kreitz can continue displaying the profile he wanted for his D2 zon, as the project alone already took several hours of work to complete, not including this headache, cheers

Given that the graphic has been removed from the accused users profile, I consider this accusation solved purely from a ripper accusation perspective.


While didn't create the images/assets himself, it seems clear that he did the design, layout, compilation and placement of the assets.
From what I see, the frame graphic you sold and claim to be made by yourself matches pixel perfect and some of the assets (e.g. the way the arm of the demon has been cut out) seems directly copied.
It's one thing getting inspiration from another users work and using it as a general idea for your own graphics but this looks blatantly copied.

As it stands, this is considered a rip of 's work and I ask you to refund the 500.00 Forum Gold to to solve this.
