youre not going to be able to get that crisp of quality on a transparent PNG file from an AI utility. speaking mostly of the flame effect. that will have to be rendered freshly within a professional image editing software. otherwise youre always going to get weird cut out lines because even when you ask for something over a transparent background it doesnt correlate to being actually transparent it places the "stock" look of a transparent photoshop background. Theres a reason why the creator of the logo probably got paid 5 figures to make it and hand over the rights.
