Want to switch up Gold finding from time to time and do Chaos/Tz's by only killing Uniques, Champion packs, and bosses. Basically, tele around casting Howl, slappin a hoe, and move onto the next mob lol.

What type of gear swaps?

I'm thinking 105 FCR for getting around, so:

Grief PB/Wiz (Would % undead dmg jewel benefit my main hand Berserk dmg???)
Goldwrap - > Arach
2x Fcr MF/stat rings
2 barb 20fcr 2os hat with cham + ist? idk

What kinda merc? Keep A2 merc?

Does anyone have a "Pit Zerker" they use elsewhere and have a lot of fun with it?

Swap some GF gcs for 10/70/35s?

Yes keep a2 merc
Elite sniping = a lot of tele
insight a2 might merc with CoH and Cure

You need 42 ias for max zerk speed with PB
32+ ias grief
10ias on goldwrap

105fcr is easy if you don't mind swapping to 2x 50fcr (wiz or suicide branch)
all you need is 10fcr on a ring, this way you can use a 6x ist weapon off-hand
If you really don't want to swap, then aim for 63fcr bp from 50fcr off-hand + 20fcr from either circ or rings

If you don't need fcr from helm, IK helm is good and cheap, cham+ist
else guillaume cham
or even shako cham

You have all the mf% you need from:
enigma
gheed
6 ist weapon
goldwrap

The other gear slots depends if you want slightly faster kill speed, or more mf:
Gores or Wartrav
LoH or Chancies
HL or 2skill/mf/fcr amy

Same thing with inv... more dmg or more mf
But priority is getting to a decent find item breakpoint lvl with WC skillers
bp lvls:
16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29, 33, 38, 45

Ideal place to farm:
CS seal pop trick
Elite snipe along the way
You get double drops with high MF% from the 3 seal bosses
You get all other drops from trash mobs with 0% mf, which is ideal

Don't forget to use howl to isolate the elites and make it easier to hork

I want to zerk while holding 105fcr, but the extra gear swaps could get annoying and take up too much space tbh. I'll just tele on swap when needed.

For find item, I have it base level 2 and I just maxed find potion. So I have 70% Chance to Find Item with no WC gcs, so I think that's good enough?

you can have 71% naked

As a pitzerker you spend like 10% of your time fighting, 10% horking/looting, 80% tele/run/town/loading
+1% drops is worth +10% kill speed
So if 1 wc skiller is helping you reach next %, it's the equivalent of adding some ~20x 3max/20ar scs in terms of drops per minute.
You are at lvl 18-19?
Try to reach lvl 24 (while you still only need +2 for each %)

You have to work it out for your game play, for example:

2x Wiz on switch + 10% FCR Ring = 110% FCR = meets your criteria of 105%
On main hand you can choose, dang you could even use Runemaster Axe with 5 sockets instead of isted Crystal Swords or 1 Eth runemaster with 1 zod + 4 ists and a +6 isted weapon, and you don't need CHAM, also, since you are teleing, do you need CbF?

You have to find what works for you, do some research on items that aren't mentioned in guides and broaden your horizons outside of the flock of sheep.

Aight, I only have 1x wc gc, kept base level Howl instead of putting pts into it for Zerk synergy.

Find Item base level 10. BO + gear is level 25 w/ 73%.

Farming Fire Eye in the Palace for the first time is fun. I can't find a guide or tips and tricks on it, though. I also don't know if he spawns 100% of the time because sometimes I can't find him near the portal lol. (Nvm, next 20+ runs he was there.. I'm just blind, I think)

The mf% you want depends on the type of drops you are looking for.
The rare drops peak quickly (varies per target and base item) while the set/unique drops keeps slightly going up with big diminishing returns.
Running on p1, I like:
Enigma 99
Gheed 40
6 ist 180
Wartrav 50
Chancies 40
Goldwrap 30
= 439%

With 32+ ias grief 15/3/400, a few dmg scs, zerk kill speed feels instantaneous on p1.
Could easily swap to LoH and arach, loosing only 70mf, keeping max fpa, but potentially gaining kill speed (not always, often results in same number of hits to kill)

IMO the priority is:
Mobility > Find item % > Qol > kill speed > mf%

I’d recommend target farming TZ 91+ mostly, because you get to drop tons of gcs (45 lifers) and rare amys (2skills) while you can’t if you farm something like non-tz Fire Eye.
And when the TZ is bad, CS seal pop is optimal.
