I actually don't like lobster. I've tried it a few times in different ways and it's just not good. Crab is similar and way better imo.

Then why are you presenting us with a picture taken with one of the first color cameras and comparing it with modern cameras?

Also concrete changes pigment with age, this is not counting all the new additions and maintenance that has been done over +150 years.
