Have heard estimates as high as 20 million.

Ice has 20,000 employees.
Ice removes 200,000-400,000 per year
If there were no new arrivals, it would take Ice 35 years to remove the current 14 million.

The numbers are a bit more dynamic, but fall short of gotta catch em all strategy. Pretty sure I've heard the borders Czar describe a triage process allegedly going after the worst or easy low hanging fruit.


2024: 270k
2025: 350-600k
2026: target 1 million per year
Border Crossing: virtually 0
