some bosses you have to learn how to roll but the majority can be blocked. if you played elden ring or ds3 first it takes time to really adjust and the game feels awful at first. getting to the boss is the true challenge of ds1 imo

Blocking drain stamina too quick. It doesn’t help if you want to land alot of hits. Blocking leave you with one to two hits. Pros play dodge a lot.

bosses are probably the easiest part of the game they are slow you could run around them and avoid them pretty easy. if you are trying to block sif you will for sure lose your whole stam bar from one hit and have a bad time
