school teaches you basics and a lot of useless stuff, to be fair.
the idea that school will prepare you to be successful in life by giving you teachers that don't earn jackshit and hate their job is comical.

but it teaches you basics after which it's up to you to decide whether you'll have a good happy life, or you'll be unemployed 40 y/o without family, friends and any achievements in life except that you're still breathing
