Sorry if this is the wrong spot. How do I request someone to stop this kid from spamming my threads?

You can report it via. The report button located on the of each post.

If it’s continues, you can collect and send them to the appropriate staff depending on the area.

You can keep in mind that not all actions are visible to the public but every report gets reviewed and actions taken if appropriate.

Ty, im sure it will happen soon then. I'm not the only one annoyed by him, as i got a pm from someone else agreeing.

Btws im pretty sure he has two accounts. That is most likely him that replied after. Just FYI you might want to look at
