obviously phoenix is better yea, but phoenix is often banned in vtpk duels

agree its hard to compete with jstoc :D i used to have a 64% ed 59 life one in legacy, however im a firm believer that a top rare one could very well outperform a jstoc, its a bit less % ed and life, and u can get more stats on jools

but 2 pala is not just 64% ed, but also 2 foh, 2 holy freeze (more range) 2 charge, 2 holy shield(more smite dmg, since u cant prebuff holy shield) besides the 10 fhr being worth 40 life and 30/20 also carrying a lot of value :P

but i think only the very top rare ones would outperform a jstoc, not one without both life and fhr

agreed, jstoc puts out a ton of dmg and life. had my tel:65/121/6065/121/60[/URL] jstoc on lod with 30/9/9/30s and ber up in it, as was standard. that said, i always loved rare shields. they just had a swag about em, each was unique in its own way and they hit hard af. overall they get out lifed by jstoc style (and out damaged depending on if you go shako/coa/circ/etc). I wish they would have let rare shields spawn 3soc.
