Officer may have been under the tire if the lady's didn't initially spin out. Although why even disarm and shoot when you should just GTFO of the way.

That footage makes it very clear, she lined up her vehicle with the officer in front of her, in the direct path of her vehicle if she had continued straight, at the moment she accelerated forwards.
We can pinpoint the moment he clearly reacted by drawing his firearm. She was pointing right at him and he would have been run over if she had kept going straight.

I've never once in my life accelerated forwards when someone is in front of my truck. I smile and wave and wait for pedestrians to get out of my way, I don't try to clip around them with inches of leeway. If you floor the gas on a vehicle when its pointed at people feet away, you're obviously committing assault with a deadly weapon, putting someone in reasonable fear of their life with the use of thousands of pounds of accelerating metal.

She was lined up with him with her wheels pointed forward at the moment she accelerated, and he was in the path of her vehicle at that moment. That's when he reacted and drew his weapon to fire. Its unreasonable to try to overanalyze the splitsecond after that moment because his reaction was already underway. He can't anticipate that she's going to turn her vehicle and miss him. And she didn't. Her wheels spun for several rotations while they were still pointed forwards, and if she had full traction she would have struck him full on. Instead she managed to turn slightly, and struck him with the corner of her vehicle even as he jumped back. We don't know the extent of that strike, it might have 'just' been the side mirror.

There is no imaginable world in which it is okay to accelerate into people in front of you. Period. She chose to floor her vehicle and gas it when she was lined up with a pedestrian in front of her. Every single responsible driver on the roads knows that if anyone is in your range of motion on foot, you stop your vehicle entirely. You wait for them to get out of the way. If you're accelerating into people who are on foot, you are risking running them down. What if the officer had been walking forwards just a couple feet and was hit full square on? What if her tires locked? What if she spun out? Its frozen snow on the ground that already disable one vehicle right behind them, what if she hit a bump? What if anyone was in her path to the right, which I can guarantee she wasn't looking at and checking because she never stopped and looked cautiously like a sane driver.

This is laughable even for you. Quite clearly she's turning in your frame by frame video. You turn the wheels one way in reverse avoiding people. Quite certain if she was on a killer rampage which you seem to think she was she wouldn't have taken any care at all when reversing and the wheels are quite clearly going the other direction after. Pretty standard human movements when driving and altering directions.
