Probably Rao or San Martin. Pasta and marinara go on almost every menu I do

We use #10 cans at work. So I rework it regardless to remove some of the almost brine flavor from the sauce. When im cooking for 1500 people I dont have the luxury of house made sauce

We use a heinz product at work. Bell'orto

"Almost brine flavor" like wtf are you even on

It's called tin. It tastes like tin. Also commonly referred to as metallic.

No. Use stainless steel.
The only non stick pan you own should be a cheap Walmart one the size big enough for 3 eggs. Never use said pan for anything but eggs. Beyond that use stainless

I have a pan from CuisineArt. It doesn't have any kind of non-stick film on it so there is nothing to chip away but it's the best nonstick pan I've ever used.

This isn't the exact one I have but I think mines just a little smaller.
