Hard to fit in any build, but I could see it on a pvp paly that wants to use CoA while stacking LR, which could be something you’d want against an hybrid sin or V/T, if using a phoenix 65ed and such gear where you start to lack res.

The downside in this case is that if you rely on that 30str to equip CoA, then your other amy used with CoA but without the need of LR must also have 30str on it.

So it could be a good amy, but only if paired with a bunch of other ultra specific adaptive gear swap.

My pvm foh has zero issues with fcr and lr. That’s with a sunder.

Now if I was shooting for 125(unneeded for foh as 86fcr gives 16frames has it broke down somewhere)on say a mage, its nice, but a mage doesn’t need LR as not using a sunder anyway.

5/10 for its utility.
