oh this was a month ago so it was already known then.
Nick Shirley's learing center video is 9 days old

In the 9 days since Nick Shirleys video went up, so did Tim Walz's remaining shred of a political career in a puff of smoke. News conference in 4 hours from now where hes supposedly going to abandon his reelection campaign. Democrats have finally realized how damaging this is

more importantly democrats realize running an unpopular candidate is a losing strategy. seems obvious, but after Kamala/Waltz ran in 2024 you just never know. personally i hope they run a somali in his place, just to virtue signal themselves into a really funny place.

He is done for sure. Also, the trust in the democratic leadership is sinking faster than the Titanic, whatever was left. Their last nominee package was Puppet/Scamlord. At least Republicans have put up what you see is what your get. Walz has stank for years though. The Democratic Farmer Labour party is only in name. Dude abandoned rural MN long ago

That's modern politics 100%. republicans runs scammers in the open, democrats run scammers in the dark and think this gives them moral high ground. Trump literally brought big tech into the white house and handed over our personal data, all in the open. if that were an Obama presidency we'd never have known unless someone got lucky with a FOIA request.

democrats abandoning the working class in favor of coastal votes they already had locked up is a hilarious recurring theme in almost every state. i love to see it over on redit, where state subs are basically lib left echo chambers even if they're a deeply purple state. i suppose its a 30 year play that may pay off as people continue to abandon the country.

A year and a half ago they believed Tim Walz was a popular candidate. Remember, picking a VP from a safe blue state is cutting against the grain, they chose him over more tactical swing state governors because Tim Walz was calculated to appeal to suburban white families as the liberal ideal of the 'soccer dad'. They played him up as 'coach walz' and had him pose hunting, both images dropped afterwards. Walz was chosen over VPs who could deliver a state and major power brokers and experienced national figures, all out of a belief in his electability. Today he can't even win an election for garbageman in Minnesota because we actually want our trash picked up and by the lowest bidder not piled up outside our house as he gets $10000 per year per fake address

Again as I've said a few times we're as far from an election as possible but democrats aren't on life support, they are being chopped up and shipped around the country to cornea transplant recipients

a twist of fate. Walz goes from a pick to make a candidate more likeable and popular, to dropping out of a race because he's unlikable and unpopular. tossed in to cover up the undemocratic passing of the torch from Biden to Harris, to unable to win a democratic election in his own state. the times they are a changing.

I think so too Bernie bros have moved on. I don't think aoc wins normies like Gavin would maybe they run together to try and capture both. Always the chance some unknown comes out ahead in primaries.
