Is it pit cause farmed it for two days straight and nothing ? Is it regular belial?

Nope it’s a drop….. and it you get all 4 and it opens secret portal where you fight all four evils at once

Pits for sure. I've heard you can get them in the lairs too.

Idk if you get them when full. I've been told some people stop picking them up to keep getting the eye drops.

Pit its random drop someone can drop after 2 runs only someone after 500 drop..its random

if you have husks, you get MANY more kills quickly. The chinese post re: red portals said something about a full stack of eyes possibly "blocking" you from getting the drop, though many people have said it dropped while they had 20 already. cant speak to that part.
