str + dex for gear rest vita

max ps + cot + boi + weapon block. enough into dragon talon to get 4-5 kicks. rest into claw mastery/burst of speed/fade if you're a pussy

use 2 stacks of ps, 3 stacks of cot boi cobra and optionally tiger

Isn't it best to have at most 23 points in Dragon Talon (=4 kicks) as it's very likely to have 3 frames between kicks (https://warren1001.github.io/IAS_Calculator/?data=1-0-Greater_Talons-0-0-None-0-Dragon_Talon-1-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0)? -> 3/3/3/8?
As far as I know there are 4 frames Next Hit Delay (NHD) therefore Kick 1,3,4 hit and the 2nd "misses" (including "released" charges).

If you go up to 5 kicks, it becomes 3/3/3/3/8, the 3rd now "misses" as well due to NHD. So you're basically inserting 3 new frames of nothing.

as per v2.7:
"Each Assassin Martial Arts charge-up skill trigger is treated as a different cast of a skill for Next Hit Delay purposes."

I prefer 4 kicks but some people swear by 5 kicks. won't make a major difference either way. I would assume you notice the lockout portion less on a bad 65 fcr build

But we're in the strategy & guides section here. I just made my case why I think 4 kicks is strictly better than 5 kicks. The fact, that some people prefer 5 kicks over 4 kicks is rather anecdotal if not followed up by some facts. Not questioning per se, but if that's the case please don't keep your secrets ;).

Also on the 102fcr:
25 griffons, 20 trang gloves, 2*10 rings, 20 arach, >=17 amu, I assume that means you "cham" your griffons then as beside the boots, any other slot is taken?
