Is there like a correct order to watch them in or just start with go oldest to newest

Go oldest to newest I would think would be the best solution, however I stopped watching the series when they didn't keep to the story line in my perception.

Old series had history, then it came to manipulation and futuristic tampering, then it switched again... thus I lost track of what was the order ... similar to Star Wars, starting in the middle then having spin offs... that is the best way I can identify it, however, I have not watched a lot of the new stuff.

Personal choice, I may need to start afresh and hopefully be able to endure the sequence of Fate / Stay Night & Fate / Stay or the new Fate series.

I Like All Girls but the one with the Glass. I'm not so into that type of Girls. (Intellectual Girls like that) I Think yuno is the Cutest.

Yes, Yunocchi is the cutest I agree with that She is also my favorite character.
Yoshinoya-sensei is also cute and very funny
Sae-san is a little shy but with her short hair and glasses probably not everyones type 🤔
