Not really my concern. Its up to Venezuelans to decide as long as its not another cartel puppet. Otherwise we will snatch them up in the middle of the night like a boogeyman. Scammers and evil people need a reminder to check under their bed every night.
If it was up to me I would have the cartel turned into catfood and compost and confiscate every penny/assets they have. With that money fund the next project like North Korean or Somalian pirates.
