good for temp but a rare with same+ would be end game.
t4 opinion but +3 tree not possible on rares
understood, but a rare +2 Druid/20fcr/+/+/2os much better end game. still nice for temp. maybe others will be able to give a more appropriate price check.
understood but also:
+2 Skills > level 67 req minimum
more edit: actually on druid helms the req for +2 is below 49, 67 req is only for circlets
